Social Media Manager POSITION DESCRIPTION:

JOB Title: Social Media Manager

Position Type: Full Time

Location: Arusha

We are looking for someone that has experience working with the social media marketing space. Must be well-organized, a strong communicator and eager to improve social media marketing in our company.

Responsibilities:
• Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, messaging and audience identification.
• Make a close follow-ups with our photographers for contents and photos collections
• Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
• Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images or video) that builds meaningful connections to our member.

Requirements:
• Working experience in graphics design

• Proven working experience in social media or related field

• Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
• Demonstrable social networking experience
• Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
• Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
• Fluency in English
